A leading company in the international manufacturing sector is seeking a Finance Manager EMEA to join their Finance Team in Milan. This role involves overseeing accounting and consolidation for EMEA subsidiaries, managing compliance, cash flow, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy, knowledge of IFRS, and experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is essential, and the role requires some travel.

Competenze

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an international Company or Audit Consulting Firm.
• Knowledge of IFRS.

For our client company, international manufacturing environment, we’re looking for an:

FINANCE MANAGER EMEA

The person will join the Finance Team in HQ and will report to the CFO. He/she will be responsible for accounting and consolidation area for the EMEA subsidiaries. The role is both operational and management related.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of Accounting and tax compliance for the parent companies
• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement (IFRS based)
• Audit of statutory financial statements
• Coordinate local accounting teams and/or local advisors
• Make sure of reporting compliance
• Cash flow management
• Budget and forecast

Job Profile:

• Degree
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an international Company, or also in an Audit Consulting Firm
• Background in Accountancy
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Knowledge of SAP as an ERP
• Fluent in English (a must)
• Availability to travel about 30% of the time
