A leading company in the international manufacturing sector seeks a Finance Manager EMEA to oversee accounting and consolidation for its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will join the Finance Team in HQ, reporting directly to the CFO, and will handle both operational and management duties related to financial compliance and reporting.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Background in accountancy.
• Knowledge of IFRS and SAP.

Mansioni

• Management of Accounting and tax compliance for parent companies.
• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement (IFRS based).

For our client company, international manufacturing environment, we’re looking for an:

FINANCE MANAGER EMEA

The person will join the Finance Team in HQ and will report to the CFO. He/she will be responsible for accounting and consolidation area for the EMEA subsidiaries. The role is both operational and management related.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of Accounting and tax compliance for the parent companies
• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement (IFRS based)
• Audit of statutory financial statements
• Coordinate local accounting teams and/or local advisors
• Make sure of reporting compliance
• Cash flow management
• Budget and forecast

Job Profile:

• Degree
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an international Company, or also in an Audit Consulting Firm
• Background in Accountancy
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Knowledge of SAP as an ERP
• Availability to travel about 30% of the time
