Our client is a large organization in the chemical industrial business, with a reputation for excellence and innovation. Offerta

• Oversee, direct, and manage all aspects of financial planning and budget management in the company.
• Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
• Train the Finance Department and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
• Work with the CEO and HQ on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships.
• Build budget and business plans as needed with Operations and organize their follow-up.
• Prepare the yearly budget and forecast for the entity in liaison with all the company's departments and in close liaison with Corporate finance headquarters.
• Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements.
• Oversee all financial, project / program and grants accounting.
• Prepare and assist the tax advisor with tax returns, VAT, WHT, deferred tax corporate tax and any other taxes.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors.
• Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.
• A degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management and accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Superior leadership skills and experience in team management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry would be a valuable asset.
