Role Overview :

As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of our Italian subsidiary. You will be responsible for liaising with the US GAAP accounting team based in the United States and providing support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team as needed. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with both Italian statutory requirements and with US GAAP.
• Liaise with the US GAAP accounting team to reconcile intercompany transactions and facilitate the consolidation process.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities with special focus on the cash out-flow projections.

You Have These :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience working in a multinational setting.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in a multinational corporation.
• Strong knowledge of Italian statutory accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility.

Working Conditions :

• Working hours are : 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm
• Working days are : Monday-Friday
• Travel : You may be required to travel to offices in other locations and potentially you may be required to be on-site during the Olympics games even.
