Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in Finanza oppure Contabilità e comprovata esperienza nella gestione finanziaria. Sono richieste ottime capacità analitiche e di leadership. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in strategic decision making and operations, directly contributing to the growth and success of the company in the chemical business. This role provides the opportunity to lead financial administration, business planning, and budgeting in our Accounting & Finance department.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, direct, and manage all aspects of financial planning and budget management in the company.
  • Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
  • Train the Finance Department and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
  • Work with the CEO and HQ on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships.
  • Build budget and business plans as needed with Operations and organize their follow-up.
  • Prepare the yearly budget and forecast for the entity in liaison with all the company's departments and in close liaison with Corporate finance headquarters.
  • Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.
  • Prepare and assist the tax advisor with tax returns, VAT, WHT, deferred tax corporate tax and any other taxes.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors.
  • Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.
Requisiti:

A degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in financial management and accounting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Superior leadership skills and experience in team management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of the FMCG industry would be a valuable asset.
