Offerta

The Finance Manager will provide accounting and financial control work for the Finance Department. The Deputy reports to the CEO and assists with a wide variety of activities, such as analysis, reporting and document preparation. Oversees accountability, administration, treasury, daily reconciliations, processing and dispatching incoming/outgoing invoices/payments, accounts payable/receivable, etc.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

1. Manages and oversees accounting functions.
2. Supervises and schedules staff in organisation support operations.
3. Assists Finance Director in staffing decisions in the Finance Department.
4. Assists with performance evaluations.
5. Management Control: Identify any areas of inefficiency in business processes and suggest corrective actions to improve financial results.
6. Compliance and regulations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Maintains full integrity of all revenues, ensuring organisation policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations, are followed.
2. Oversees capital assets projects, ensuring organisation goals are being met.
3. Compiles fiscal estimates and prepares fiscal reports as requested.
4. Ensures compliance with accounting procedures through observation, supervision and testing.
5. Develops procedures that ensure collections are complete and current.
6. Performs other related duties as requested.

Competenze ed esperienza

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Excellent managerial skills and ability to evaluate the work of others.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Working knowledge of organisations applicable financial practices and procedures, as well as a thorough understanding of state and federal rules and regulations.
5. Proficient with accounting software and standard office and accounting equipment.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
2. CPA designation highly preferred.
3. Five years of management experience in finance with a similar organisation or with a major advisor firm (Big Four).
4. Experience in a multinational setting.
5. Spoken and written English.
