Finance Manager Italy

Bergner Group, a leading multinational in the household goods sector, is seeking experienced Finance Managers for its affiliates in Italy.

These roles will report to the Finance Controller in Bergner Hong Kong and/or the Bergner Europe CFO in Spain. The ideal candidates will possess deep expertise in local accounting practices, taxation, and fundraising with local banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Management: Oversee all accounting operations in accordance with Italian GAAP.
• Tax Compliance: Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with Italian tax legislation.
• Financial Partnerships: Develop and maintain banking relationships to support financial needs.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze financial data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Cost Control: Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor expenditure.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure company adherence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management roles in Italy.
• Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards and tax codes.
• Experience in negotiating and securing financing with Italian banks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
