The candidate, placed in the Finance & Administration department, will handle administrative and accounting management activities of the treasury of the group companies. Under the supervision of their Manager, they will manage relations with banks, financial institutions, and public institutions for subsidized finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Active invoicing for all Italian companies to Italy, EEC, and Extra CEE customers;
  • Maintenance of the treasury and home banking system, control of the bank assets of the group companies;
  • Support to the CFO in managing guarantees and letters of credit;
  • Assist the CFO in planning and reporting financial data, cash flow, and banking activities, ensuring the protection of funds;
  • Manage guarantees and corporate financial products;
  • Analyze subsidized finance notices, report on tax credits for R&D activities, investments, and internationalization efforts of the group.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

  • Degree in economics;
  • Ability to work in a team and interface with different business functions;
  • Excellent knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of SAP management software;
  • At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing companies or the banking sector;
  • Excellent command of English.
