Costa Crociere S.p.A. is seeking a Finance Junior Accountant in Genoa to support daily finance activities within our international Finance Department.
The role focuses on analysis, reconciliations, and cross‑functional collaboration with Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Revenue teams in a hybrid, offices-and-remote setup. We require a Master’s degree in Economics/Finance/Business Administration/Accounting, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.

As a Finance Junior Accountant, you will join our Finance Department and support one of our Finance teams in operational and project-related activities.
Depending on business needs and your profile, you may have the opportunity to join teams such as:
You will support daily finance activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with internal procedures and company standards.
Your responsibilities may include financial analysis, reporting, reconciliations, process monitoring, cash management activities, and supplier- and customer-related processes.
You will analyze data, identify discrepancies and contribute to problem-solving activities that support effective decision-making and operational excellence.
You will work closely with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders, supporting cross‑functional activities and ensuring effective coordination across teams.
Building strong relationships and maintaining reliable financial information will be key to supporting business objectives.
You will contribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, testing activities and Finance projects aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
Working alongside subject matter experts, you will help drive improvements and gain valuable exposure to the financial processes and systems of a global organization.
