Job Description

Are you ready to turn pricing science into strategic impact, optimizing revenue and capacity across a global fleet in a vibrant, international environment?

Within our Revenue Management, Itinerary & Transportation Department at Costa's Genoa Headquarters, the Revenue Management Analyst will play a key role in shaping pricing and inventory strategies across our fleet and worldwide markets. Combining analytical rigor with commercial acumen, you will help optimize demand, occupancy, and revenue performance by leveraging data, forecasting models, market intelligence, and advanced pricing capabilities.

Live your ambition. Lead with impact

You will contribute to Costa's revenue optimization strategy by supporting pricing, inventory, forecasting, and capacity allocation decisions across ships, itineraries, and markets. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and international commercial teams, you will transform insights into actions, helping the business anticipate market trends, optimize performance, and make informed decisions that drive sustainable revenue growth.

Pricing & Revenue Optimization

You will support the definition and execution of pricing and inventory strategies for assigned ships and markets, leveraging data analysis, demand forecasting, and pricing optimization techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy performance.

Demand Forecasting & Commercial Insights

You will analyze booking trends, customer demand, competitive dynamics, and market performance to generate actionable recommendations. Through forecasting activities and continuous monitoring of commercial KPIs, you will help support effective decision-making across markets and sales channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Revenue Planning

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and global market teams to align pricing strategies with commercial objectives and activation plans. You will also contribute to financial forecasting processes and support the ongoing evolution of revenue management tools, processes, and analytical capabilities.

What Makes You Unique
  • You bring 2-3 years of experience in revenue management within global organizations or in highly analytical roles where analysis enables complex, high-impact decisions.
  • Your master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics (or a similarly quantitative field) equips you with the rigor to model demand, interpret elasticity, and act decisively.
  • Your toolkit includes high proficiency in Excel, quantitative tools, and PowerPoint; basic programming skills (e.g., Python) are a strong plus. You pair a data-driven approach to decision-making and complex problem-solving with sound business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Fluency in English and an entrepreneurial mindset enable you to communicate and negotiate effectively in cross-functional environments, fostering alignment and constructive collaboration.
  • Your optimism and enthusiasm support decisive action, ownership, and thoughtful risk‑taking, while your resilience allows you to remain effective under pressure and adapt smoothly to change.
  • Above all, you value openness and transparency and are passionate about learning and research, welcoming feedback and others’ ideas. You are open to diversity and cultural differences, a genuine team player who helps others give their best, and you are strongly committed to enhancing sustainability.
