Job summary

Hunters Group in Italy seeks an IT Functional Analyst – Finance to own end-to-end finance process analysis, design, and ERP delivery across EMEA. You will translate business requirements into ERP solutions and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 FCO implementations while ensuring control compliance and smooth month-end closes.

You will partner with Finance leadership, IT teams, and external vendors, driving UAT, data quality, localization, and timely incident resolution across multiple country

Qualifications

• 3-7 years as IT Functional Analyst with Finance focus in multi-country context.
• Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Period-End Close, Statutory & Group Reporting.
• Experience with at least one ERP (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, JDE).
• Strong internal controls, audit requirements and documentation skills.
• English fluent; Italian working proficiency; willingness to travel in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance functional analysis and process design across G/L, AP, AR, FA, intercompany, and closing.
• Translate requirements into ERP solutions; drive fit-gap analysis and to-be processes.
• Coordinate with developers and partners to manage enhancements and releases; oversee testing.
• Provide L2/L3 finance application support; manage incidents around month/quarter/year-end closes.
• Support transition to Microsoft Dynamics ERP; ensure data readiness and country localization.
• Ensure governance, change control, and audit evidence for Finance/ERP.
• Drive user adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement across EMEA; maintain knowledge base.
