Hunters Group, on behalf of a leading packaging company, seeks an IT Functional Analyst - Finance to own Finance processes and ERP design. You will support GL, AP, AR, and closing, while enabling a smooth transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 FCO across EMEA.

You will collaborate with Finance leaders, IT, and external partners, ensuring internal control, data quality, and scalable solutions during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.

Competenze

• 3-7 years IT Functional Analyst with Finance focus

Mansioni

• Lead Finance process design across GL, AP, AR, FA, Intercompany
• Translate requirements to ERP solutions and drive fit-gap analysis
• Coordinate with internal/external partners for enhancements and testing
• Provide L2/L3 support for Finance applications across EMEA during month/quarter/year closes
• Support transition to Dynamics 365 and localization requirements
• Ensure governance, SD, and audit readiness for Finance processes
• Engage stakeholders and train Finance teams across EMEA
• Identify improvements and drive data quality across finance master data
