Apply now for the position of Finance Analyst for the Southern Europe Business Performance Controlling Department in our Headquarter in Milan and you will carry out FP&A activities for the country and take part in the harmonization processes taking place on the 4 countries of the zone.

Your role:
  • Gathering and analyzing financial data to support planning and decision-making.
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Tracking financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances.
  • Providing analytical support for strategic decisions, such as investment evaluations.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure financial decisions align with overall business goals.
Your expertise:
  • You are under 29 years old.
  • Master’s degree in economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Math or Engineering.
  • Good understanding of Office suite and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Interpersonal skills, result oriented, proactivity, autonomy, relational skills, team working.
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian language (spoken, written).
Will be a plus:
  • Knowledge of programming languages (i.e. SQL, Python, R, etc.)
  • Experience in applied Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics
  • Deep knowledge of business intelligence tools.
