Job summary

ITT Inc. in Barge, Italy, is seeking a Financial Controller Intern to join its Financial Controlling team at the large brake pads site. You will support budgeting, month-end close, KPI monitoring, and cost analysis in a fast-paced multinational environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with English proficiency. SAP knowledge is a plus and you will work under a Senior Financial Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics.
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and analysis skills.
• Good English knowledge; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support plant budget, forecast and strategic plan preparation.
• Prepare and manage month-end closing activities (US GAAP and SOX).
• Monitor plant KPI on weekly/monthly basis.
• Analyze variances by product and customer; prepare expense reports.
• Collaborate with senior controller to explain results and drive improvements.
• Support internal audits and inventory/stock tracking activities.
