Finance Controller

Location: Bologna, 45, IT

PURPOSE of the JOB:

  • Manage the controlling and financial reporting of programs in accordance with internal control rules.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • RD Reporting, actuals, budget.
  • RD Monthly closing.
  • RD Follow up actuals versus authorization.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

  • Experience on Work Package and Projects controlling is preferred.
  • 5 years minimum relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and controlling; risk valuation; interpreting and presenting accurate and reliable financial data to leadership at multiple levels in order to drive strategic decisions, including program staffing levels.
  • University degree in Finance or other relevant degree, or equivalent.
  • High level of integrity and dependability.
  • Strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Very good communication skills needed to face many actors in the organisation and communicate at all levels of the organisation in a matrix environment.
  • Demonstrate transparency and reliability.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
