Your expertise will drive the financial success of our Operation function, setting new standards of excellence along the way. You00ll be at the forefront of our global controlling efforts, reporting directly to the ABB E-Mobility Global Controlling lead and collaborating closely with other leaders in the controlling function. Your insights and contributions will directly shape the financial strategies of our organization on a global scale. As a vital member of our operation leadership team, you00ll have a direct line of communication to the Global Operation Manager. Your input will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring alignment between financial goals and operational strategies.

Main Accountabilities

• Partner with Operation leadership team to define strategy & business plan.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs (in line with overall E-mobility KPI/OKR approach) and use those to improve business performance
• Orchestrate financial planning (long-term, annual), quarterly forecasting and target setting. Run business and performance reviews
• Provide guidance and oversight on capital expenditures, restructuring, acquisitions/divestitures, and other projects as required
• Provide business performance analytics to identify financial trends, highlight risk and opportunities and ensure operational coordination
• Drive financial performance improvement initiatives throughout business (cost reduction, asset management, capital efficiency, productivity, etc)
• Drives continuous improvements in efficiency and across area of responsibility. Identifies and implements Finance Best Practices
• Manage and closely monitor the cash flow taking actions to improve Net Working Capital
• Perform monthly, quarterly & annual reporting and closing in line with overall E-mobility standards, guidance, and objectives
• Assure compliance with and enforcement of finance directives and instructions of ABB E-mobility, including Accounting and Reporting Guidelines
• Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures
• Oversee implementation of internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations
• Support internal and external audits
• Assure proper risk management procedures and controls
• Support risk assessment of business decisions based on knowledge of local regulations, customers, markets, and overall interest of ABB E-mobility
• Lead the finance team within Operation and facilitate active engagement and networking. Ensure optimal collaboration with E-mobility finance community.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 8-10 years of finance experience in roles ranging from financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, operations finance, general accounting, and controllership
• Knowledgeable of factory controlling and related processes (operations, return material, customer support, logistic processes, etc.)
• Knowledgeable of SAP ECC and/or S4 Hana
• Fluency in English and Italian, any other language is a plus
• Highest integrity and compliance, ability to lead change and influence people
• Ability to negotiate and support by finance business partnering at senior level
• Excellent communication skills able to interact in a multicultural and complex organization
• Ability to deliver under pressure of different stakeholders.
