At the end of 2024, Novo Nordisk acquired the Catalent Anagni S.r.l. manufacturing site with the ambition of expanding our capacity to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will be joining a global team working on pharmaceutical plants that utilize advanced technologies within the site's fill & finish facilities.

As a Finance Business Partner focused on CapEx and financial compliance, you’ll bring strategic insight and operational control to a site in full expansion. At Novo Nordisk, we are undertaking one of our most significant growth projects to date: an initiative that calls for sharp financial skills and disciplined governance. If you thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy partnering with diverse stakeholders, this might be your next move!

The Positions

In this role, you’ll be the financial backbone of our CapEx operations, helping leaders make smart, timely decisions while ensuring compliance and financial performance across the board. You’ll turn numbers into meaningful action, ensuring transparency, alignment, and long-term performance across high-impact investments.

Specifically, you will:

  • Lead the financial oversight of complex CapEx projects, providing clear budgeting, forecasting, and compliance guidance across large-scale investments within a manufacturing context.
  • Partner with project leaders to design, monitor, and optimize CapEx budgets aligned with strategic priorities
  • Own annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for capital projects, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage project cash flow planning and reporting to ensure smooth execution and funding alignment
  • Ensure robust compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial reporting standards
  • Provide and communicate financial insights and scenario analysis to support leadership in key investment decisions
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance financial processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms

This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week on-site at our Manufacturing facility in Anagni. You’ll help shape the financial framework of a growing and future-ready operation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or Italian certifications in finance or controlling are considered a strong plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial control—particularly CapEx and budgeting—combined with a strong ability to communicate insights across leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong understanding of capital budgeting, compliance, and financial modelling. Experience in Pharma and Manufacturing would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English and Italian
