The Role of the Finance Assistant:

1. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures and reconciliations.
2. Assist in implementing and optimizing digital workflows (e-invoicing, internal system operations).
3. Support budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
4. Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
4. Proficiency in OFFICE and accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Chinese native speaker; good communication skills in English and Italian.
