This position reports to Finance Manager and contributes to the Robotics Division in Italy, based in Sesto San Giovanni. The work model for the role is: Hybrid (LI-Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Drive and facilitate financial planning processes and activities.
• Support the implementation of standardized processes and tools in support of financial planning activities.
• Work with key members of the business to identify areas for improvement and to propose corrective actions and cost-saving initiatives.
• Aid initiatives to achieve excellence in financial control and process improvement.
• Facilitate the dissemination of knowledge and best practices within the Finance community.
• Organize and deliver training on various tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, Management engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP and Abacus Analyzer.
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
