• Role Summary

The Finance Analyst role supports the Business Finance Controller with analysis of business and financial data & provides the information needed to develop business strategies and follow operating cost evolution. The Analyst participates in the budget review process, by providing input on their area of expertise and by taking responsibility for data submission according to the Group's requirements. Development of specific reports for the Management to monitor business performance and KPI is also included in the role.

• Key Responsibilities
• A key player in the month-end close process including preparing journals, analyzing the numbers, & participating in the revenue & cost of sales forecasting. These responsibilities cover HW, SW, Services, and Solution activity.
• Preparing weekly revenue forecasts and tracking the progress with the Order Fulfilment and business team.
• Preparing inventory reviews, analyses, and forecasts. Supporting the Financial Controller in working with marketing and the OF manager on the Excess & Obsolescence analysis.
• Supporting the Financial Controller with relevant and accurate financial information and analysis for decision-making.
• Preparing accurate reports to management.
• Working as part of a global team liaising with people in Asia, the US & Europe, and across multiple functions including finance, sales, order fulfillment, business development & HR.
• Ensuring business processes and procedures are compliant with Keysight’s policies and guidelines.
• Desired Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience & understanding of financial concepts.
• Strong analytical & quantitative skills. Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong written & verbal English skills are required.
