About the Role

We seek a Financial Analyst/Senior Analyst for our Florence, SC plant. This role involves providing financial analysis, supporting plant operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and collaborating across departments. The position reports to the Plant Controller and involves supporting the annual operating plan for expenses and capital expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
  2. Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze production costs, identifying efficiencies.
  3. Variance Analysis: Investigate and explain variances, providing insights.
  4. Budgeting/Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and financial plans.
  5. Financial Modeling: Create models for investment and strategic initiatives.
  6. Collaboration: Work with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams.
  7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.
  8. Reporting Tools: Utilize financial software for reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  9. Leadership Collaboration: Develop plant-specific financial metrics with regional/global teams.
  10. Close Process: Follow corporate closing timelines and procedures.
  11. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • ERP experience preferred, SAP a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Travel

Occasional domestic and international travel required.
