Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Administrative Coordinator located in Spilamberto. The Finance & Administrative Coordinator will handle financial and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include cash flow management, maintenance of statutory books and records, month-ends and year-end close, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Italian General Manager and the German CFO, the resource will collaborate with the finance team located in Germany.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements
  • High school diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration;
  • Proficiency in Italian accounting principles (ITA GAAP);
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles working with the SAP FI module;
  • Advanced Excel knowledge;
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management;
  • Languages:
  • Fluent Italian and English;
  • Good knowledge of German would be appreciated;
  • Availability for occasional short business travels;
