Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Administrative Coordinator located in Spilamberto. The Finance & Administrative Coordinator will handle financial and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include cash flow management, maintenance of statutory books and records, month-ends and year-end close, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Italian General Manager and to the German CFO, the resource will collaborate with the finance team located in Germany.

Qualifications, skills and requirements

  • High school diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration;
  • Proficiency in Italian accounting principles (ITA GAAP);
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles working with the SAP FI module;
  • Advanced Excel knowledge;
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management;
  • Languages :
  • fluent Italian and English;
  • good knowledge of German would be appreciated;
  • Availability for occasional short business travels.
