What do we look for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or F&B industry.
  • Experience with Micros Symphony POS systems (highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, data entry, and bank reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, payment processing, and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills in Italian and English.

What will you work on?

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure sufficient change for cashiers.
  • Maintain credit card machine functionality.
  • Update prices in POS and menus.
  • Ensure staff are aware of payment modes.
  • Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins, ensuring authenticity.
  • Stock stationery and supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Manage communication with accounting and HQ.

Finance

  • Reconcile cash and prepare for collection.
  • Process petty cash transactions.
  • Manage deposits and update trackers.
  • Send reports to accounting.
  • Manage invoices and credit card processes.

Stock Management

  • Assist with monthly and bi-weekly stock counts and reporting.
