CID, a global developer and manufacturer of interventional medical devices, seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee all financial operations for the Italian site in Saluggia. You will supervise day-to-day accounting (GL, AP/AR, payroll), budgeting and forecasting, statutory reporting, and tax compliance, ensure SAP accuracy, and partner with auditors, banks and external consultants.

Fluent English and Italian are required, as is a university degree in economics/finance and at least five

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Finance & Accounting Manager or similar role in international companies.
• Strong expertise in SAP is a MUST.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in Office, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools.

Role Purpose:

Ensure effective management of all finance and accounting activities, including reporting, compliance, and internal controls, aligning with company objectives and quality requirements.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.


• Oversee operations for the annual financial statements of our Italian Site.


• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.


• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.


• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
