Competenze

We operate on a B2B2C model, partnering with key players in the automotive world—insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can instantly request roadside assistance and replacement solutions in real-time, transforming the way help is delivered on the road.

The resource will be responsible for managing the company's accounting activities, ensuring full compliance with all civil, fiscal, and regulatory requirements.

What You will Do

• Manage ordinary accounting activities: issuing active invoices, collections, recording accounts payable, payments, and maintaining the general ledger;
• Handle tax and social security obligations, including VAT settlements;
• Oversee treasury management.

What We’re Looking For

• Master's Degree in Economics;
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an audit firm or similar environment;
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication across countries;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
• Flexibility and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment;
• Solid knowledge of local accounting principles and VAT regulations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous experience in professional services, consulting, audit firms, or companies with structured accounting and tax processes;
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Tech-savvy, proficient with PC tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems (experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus);
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading small teams and fostering growth.
