The company focuses on providing integrated marketing solutions through research, data analytics, social media, digital content, and public relations. They work with prominent brands such as Danone, L'Oréal, Disney, Unilever, and Nestlé.

Role Overview :

The Finance & Accounting Analyst will support all financial operations across Samy in Italy, including purchase orders (POs), bills, costs, and influencer payments. This role is crucial in analyzing and reporting financial information to aid strategic decision-making. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance efforts while collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance financial performance and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities : Financial Operations :

• Oversee all POs, bills, and influencer payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support accounting processes, including cost control, financial compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain financial discipline and alignment with strategic goals.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) :

• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and support decision-making at local and regional levels.
• Partner with management to develop and execute strategic financial plans.

Reporting & Compliance :

• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.
• Support audits and other regulatory requirements to maintain transparency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Skills :

• Knowledge in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in accounting principles and financial compliance standards.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Languages : Italian native, English working proficiency.

Experience :

• At least 1 year of proven experience in financial analysis and controlling, ideally in a multinational or agency environment.
• Familiarity with managing influencer payments or similar cost structures is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial management tools and ERP systems.
• This role is considered to be a junior role.
