Your opportunity

Filling Product Support Expert is part of Q&TS. The job is mostly taking place in the backoffice. Main function is to secure the operational follow-up & technical support of all filling products (combi and stand-alone technology), associated trade equipment (capper...) and 3rd party line equipment, mostly on the mechanical side. The expert is in charge of internal and external validation.

Your Mission

  • Execute troubleshooting on filling equipment, associated trade equipment, and line equipment;
  • Support Global Product Training in creating, updating, and revising technical questionnaires related to the FSE Qualification Program;
  • Execute validation programs for the introduction of modifications, variants, O&U, and new products concerning filling equipment;
  • Support the availability of field methods for installation, qualification, technical analysis, repairing, and maintenance activities;
  • Ensure performance of commercially released filling equipment and lines;
  • Secure the application of retrofits on the filling product installed base, where necessary;
  • Be part of the hotline team for weekend duties, in case of availability for service;
  • Execute RCA on filling equipment issues, supporting the subsequent plan of recovery and corrective actions;
  • Increase personal competencies on the complete combi, trade, and line equipment technology;
  • Act as "Assessor" of the FSEs subject to qualification program during the practical assessment module, mainly at the customer site, releasing the relevant evaluation report on time and in full;
  • Participate in L3 and L4 equipment FAT, and eventually support start-up and commissioning;
  • Support FSE during start-up and commissioning of L3 and L4 machines;
  • Manage the treatment and resolution of technical NC and PER through CEP.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of field experience or engineering background in filling product customer management;
  • Knowledge of filling products (combi and stand-alone) and processes for PET, glass, and can applications;
  • Knowledge of the filling Matrix platform.
