Job Description Summary

A role that aims to contribute to the operational management of Digital Direct Bank customers, both Retail and Legal Entities, with disposition, control, and monitoring operations.

Job Description

You will join the Digital Customer Operations Area, which manages Direct Bank customer activities and supports other Bank structures, including Accounting, ALM & Treasury, Capital Markets, and Factoring. Your focus will be on supporting the Digital Branch team, managing Direct Banking customers related to cash operations, operational controls, and AML monitoring. Responsibilities include collections, payments, credit cards, registry checks, anti-money laundering checks, monitoring current account overdrafts, providing specialized customer assistance, and resolving technical anomalies. You will also participate actively in drafting operational functional requirements for new Business and core banking projects.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector
  • Previous experience as a Cashier at a Branch, either physical or digital, is preferred
  • Good knowledge of finance with a focus on processes
  • Knowledge of banking regulations
  • Problem-solving skills and teamwork propensity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English
