The Adecco Group, under the Adecco brand, is seeking a young talent to join the Field Experience program at our Desio branch.

The program offers a training pathway where you will discover key roles within a local branch.

Mission:

The first phase involves an internship as an Account Specialist at the Desio branch, where you will learn about the Adecco group and its brands, gaining direct field experience in Sales.

You will follow the selection process to understand the profiles we choose, helping you strengthen your consultative approach with our clients locally.

Working alongside the Branch Manager, you will develop autonomy in business development and client loyalty, progressing towards the role of Sales Account.

Main activities you will learn to perform:
  1. Identify commercial development opportunities for the branch, including using new digital sales tools.
  2. Understand the profiles of candidates required by our client companies.
  3. Plan daily contacts and visits for client management and acquisition based on territorial analysis and using our CRM.
  4. Implement commercial development actions, conquest visits, and loyalty initiatives.
  5. Manage negotiation and the commercial relationship with clients.
Required qualifications:

Final-year or graduate students in humanistic, legal, economic, or related fields.
