One Mission Society has a vision of making reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ and equipping them to be transformational in their spheres of influence. To accomplish this, the Field Training Program Coordinator, working within a Disciple-Making team, will model disciple-making practices with individuals and churches to foster a disciple-making movement.
The Coordinator oversees the Efeso Field Training program to equip long-term ministry workers.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with disciple-making processes is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep relationship with Jesus through prayer, scripture reading, fasting, and other disciplines.
- Engage with the team in prayer, fasting, worship, and accountability.
- Utilize OMS-approved processes to evangelize and disciple non-believers.
- Plan and execute disciple-making initiatives in churches and networks, train leaders, and identify future local leaders.
- Prepare churches for partnership with Church Development to reach their communities.
- Develop new strategies and training opportunities in disciple-making.
- Identify and recommend resources and processes for translation and implementation.
- Collaborate with teams to develop effective processes and relationships.
- Support other OMS Country Team ministries as appropriate.
- Promote the ministry opportunity in Italy.
- Assist in organizing logistics for incoming mission units.
- Train incoming workers and develop ministry plans.
- Coordinate with team members to send workers to final fields after training.
