Position

Would you like to grow professionally by training and being trained for one of the top companies in the air conditioning sector?

We have a role for a Field Trainer that will allow you to travel within your assigned area, meeting new people daily and facing new challenges to achieve specific goals. You will focus on a single client, enjoying the freedom and flexibility to organize your work based on your interests and commitments. What exactly will you do?

1. Create new collaboration opportunities with new clients by making daily visits to assigned clients and providing training courses to technical staff (installers, specialized retailers, service center technicians, agents, etc.) on residential and industrial air conditioning systems.
2. Plan weekly priorities with the central office.
3. Deepen technical aspects of products to transfer the necessary skills for designing, installing, and maintaining systems.
4. Ensure continuous updates of training materials based on product innovations.
5. Organize promotional days and presence in stores.
6. Support clients in resolving issues that require in-depth analysis, including external support.

Requirements

Are you the right person?

Having knowledge of the air conditioning sector is useful, but what matters most is your ability to connect with people.

It’s a plus if…

• You are curious and eager to learn.
• You know the following products: SPLIT, MULTISPLIT, CHILLER, VRF SYSTEMS, HEAT PUMPS.
• You are passionate about air conditioners.
• You have a B driver’s license (and can really drive!).
• You enjoy traveling for work.
