A leading medical technology company in Naples is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to promote their CRM Product lines. You will provide technical assistance to sales staff and physicians, conduct product training, and support clinical study activities. Candidates should have a degree in engineering and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of English and Italian is essential for this role.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The incumbent is responsible for the promotion of Abbott CRM Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel. This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott.
This position’s primary function is to attend implants, follow-ups and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices
