Job Description

1 PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent is responsible for promoting Abbott CRM Product lines through professional and technical support to medical and sales personnel. This position also ensures that all technical questions from the field or internal sources are answered promptly and reported to the appropriate authorities within Abbott.

The primary function of this position is to attend implants, follow-ups, and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices.

2 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support and assistance across the national territory to the sales force and physicians (implants and follow-ups).
  • Perform product presentations and training on product utilization for customers.
  • Support physicians during the enrollment and follow-up phases of clinical studies.
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator, and Clinical Department with additional tasks and projects.
  • Be proactive in adopting Abbott's solution-oriented approach to customers.
  • Promptly communicate feedback and information on supported implants and procedures.
  • Perform booth duty when required.
  • Ensure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed.
  • 3. REPORTING

    • Produce concise market and competitor reports for the Sales Force, FTE Coordinator, and RSM.
    • Provide marketing with information on competitors' devices.

    4. EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES

    • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office.
    • 1-2 years of experience in similar technical support activities.
    • Interpersonal skills, teamwork, initiative, stress resistance, and good communication skills.
