Position: Installation Field Supervisor

Location: SARDINIA (with potential sites in Bologna, Florence, Rome)

The Signalling Installation Supervisor is responsible for the assigned projects and in charge of:

1. Preparation and monitoring of the installation works as described in the Project Installation Management Plan.
2. Management and organization of the installation team, activities, and/or subcontractors.
3. Planning and scheduling installation activities, including handover from installation to testing and commissioning.
4. Ensuring requirements from the interface of installation and construction activities are secured.
5. Maintaining EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) compliance.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Good knowledge of railway signalling and related technologies.
• Understanding of construction techniques.
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and teamwork attitude.
• Initiative and effective problem-solving skills in field and management contexts.
• Knowledge of railway safety rules, EHS compliance, and AZDP process.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and travel as required, including long periods away from home.

Mandatory requirements: availability to travel, work in the field, and be present 5 days per week.
