We are looking for the best commissioning experts (technicians & engineers) to join our team and contribute to making the world more sustainable, one step at a time.

The role

Ideal candidates will have skills in commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, monitoring, and repair of heavy electrical equipment. Candidates should possess strong electrical knowledge, hands-on skills, and problem-solving abilities, with flexibility and attentiveness to customer needs.

• Start-up and commissioning of solar inverters in customer photovoltaic solar plants.
• Diagnose and repair faulted inverters in the field.
• Complete and submit field reports documenting work performed.
• Proactively identify potential technical issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Handle physical installations such as connections and wiring.
• Conduct on-site system audits and evaluations.
• Perform reporting and documentation tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and training.
• Work remotely and travel to solar plants as required (approximately 80% of the time).
