Crit Experts & Cadres cerca un Tecnico Service sul campo per installare, mettere in funzione e assistere le macchine dei clienti in Europa. SARÀ responsabile della formazione degli utenti e della diagnosi di guasti, con manutenzione preventiva e correttiva in ambienti internazionali.

Il candidato ideale possiede 5–7 anni di esperienza nel field service o manutenzione industriale, competenze con macchine CNC, lettura di disegni tecnici e buone capacità linguistiche in francese e inglese o

Competenze

• 5–7 anni di esperienza nel field service o manutenzione industriale.
• Proven experience con macchine CNC.
• Buone competenze meccaniche e lettura degli disegni tecnici.

Mansioni

• Installazione e messa in servizio delle macchine presso i clienti in Europa.
• Formazione degli utenti sull'uso delle attrezzature.
• Diagnosi di guasti e manutenzione preventiva/correttiva.
• Supporto tecnico on-site e remoto.
• Partecipazione a test e validazione delle macchine in collaborazione con la produzione.
• Garantire elevati standard di soddisfazione del cliente con competenze tecniche ed orientamento al servizio.

As part of the development of our Customer Service team , we are looking for a FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN M/F to join our headquarters in Italy. Reporting to the Technical Manager , your main responsibilities will include:

• Installing and commissioning our machines at customer sites across Europe.
• Training users on how to operate the equipment
• Diagnosing breakdowns and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Providing on-site and remote technical support
• Participating in machine testing and validation activities in collaboration with the production teams
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and strong customer-service orientation

Fluent French and professional-level English or Italian

• ~5 to 7 years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance
• ~ Proven experience working with CNC machines
• ~ Good mechanical skills and ability to read technical drawings
• ~ Proficiency in measurement instruments and standard office software
• ~ A permanent contract based in Ponte San Pietro, Italy
