The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment for semiconductor packaging.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, repair, upgrade, and maintain semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
Address technical issues related to 3D metrology, defect inspection, and lithography.
Manage assigned equipment base, conduct customer meetings, and maintain communication.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers on technical matters.
Report to the Regional Service Manager and handle additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining semiconductor equipment.
Strong knowledge of metrology, defect inspection, and advanced packaging technologies.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
