Your Role

• Maintenance and repairs on Pfeiffer Vacuum technology devices and systems at our customers' premises.
• Preparation of service assignments regarding necessary measures, tools, and materials.
• Commissioning devices and systems and conducting operator training on-site.
• Advising customers on the use and servicing of devices and systems. Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships through on-site service and technical support.
• Careful documentation of all work, materials used, and working hours in the ERP system. Creation of service reports and troubleshooting reports.
• Collaborating in creating customized service agreements. Supporting sales teams with demonstration projects and application recommendations.
• Supporting the marketing of our services and products.

Your Background

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m / f / d), electronics technician (m / f / d), or a comparable technical profession.
• Ideally, you have initial experience and enjoy working with technically sophisticated products in customer service.
• Working knowledge in a microelectronics cleanroom environment or similar.
• Hands-on mentality and manual dexterity.
• English and Italian language skills are required.
• Independent and careful working style, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a professional appearance.
• Willingness to work on call outside standard hours or weekends as needed.
