Descrizione del lavoro

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Perform repairs and accurately document repair information to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction;
• Install, repair and replace parts and components for all brand products, while maintaining an efficient workflow with minimal supervision;
• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting for all mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems;
• Identify the root cause of the non-compliance and effectively communicate diagnostic and repair information, where applicable;
• Perform quality tests and validate all repairs to verify the functionality of the vehicle;
• Flexibility to carry out repairs in the Paris agency, as well as at customer sites in and around Paris and further afield in the North and North East of France;
• Communicate security issues and customer service requests to management;

Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

This is why we are looking for a technician with the following experience, skills and qualities :

• At least two years of professional experience as an agricultural / engine mechanic or similar;
• Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and electricity;
• You must be self-motivated and customer-oriented, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
• As frequent travel is required in the region, you must hold a valid driver’s license;

Ideally, you also hold an E license, as you will be required to tow vehicles as part of your duties. If you do not have an E license, the company will provide you with the necessary training.
