Job Overview

Techyon, a leader in recruiting senior professionals and managers in the Information Technology sector, is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer for a specialized Italian medical company. The role involves technical support, coordination, and management of medical instrumentation in the fields of Hematology, Chemistry, and Coagulation.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical reference for specific laboratory lines.
• Provide Help Desk support at the company premises for clients and field technicians.
• Coordinate and train staff onsite, at clients’ locations, or external technical agencies.
• Monitor instrumentation remotely.
• Plan preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage spare parts procurement from manufacturers.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Develop technical procedures following ISO standards.

Job Requirements

Must Have

• At least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical sector or analytical laboratory instrumentation sales.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Proficiency with Office software and ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Willingness to perform technical interventions at client sites.
• Availability for phone on-call support.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to Have

• Skills in AWS and Python are advantageous.
• Additional English language proficiency.
