Who we are looking for:

Working within IT-CEE service team, this exciting and challenging position will be based in Italy with regular travel throughout Italy and CEE when required. The goal of this function is to support the Dealers and customers with complex diagnostics, quality investigations, troubleshooting and customer support on the full range of CNH CE products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and off-site technical support to Dealers and Customers
  • Regular field visits working with Dealers/Importers and Customers to perform detailed investigations, data capture and resolution of specific technical concerns and performance issues on CE Products
  • Provide hands-on technical support to Dealers throughout Italy and Central-Eastern Europe to resolve complex technical concerns through on-line ASIST Platform (THD), to support Technical Service Specialists, and Service Technical Managers in problem resolution with customer machines.
  • Coach Dealers on the most effective repair methods, use of technical information, enhanced diagnostic, Control Room and support tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Preparation of concise technical reports after every field visit for prompt internal escalation
  • Be self-motivated, proactive and have a solid practical understanding of technical diagnosis and problem solving
  • Enthusiasm with an inquisitive nature and willingness to take responsibility for own performance
  • Must be willing to work in a flexible, dynamic environment
  • Proven hands-on practical skills with ability to work confidently in a workshop environment
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment, with excellent customer service skills
  • College qualification in Engineering/Mechanisation or related discipline highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and able to learn various Company systems
  • A full clean driving licence
  • Ability to travel up 50% of the time
