You will work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration of technology into their operations, providing training and support to maximize the effectiveness of the solutions provided. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of IoT sensor products for our clients’ molds across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of IoT Sensors: Conduct the installation of IoT sensor products on designated molds, ensuring proper positioning and connectivity.
• Terminal and Router Installation: Set up terminals and routers to facilitate seamless communication between IoT sensors and central systems.
• Bracket Installation: Mount brackets securely to ensure stable and efficient placement of IoT sensors.
• Testing: Thoroughly test installed IoT sensor products and associated equipment to verify their functionality and performance.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation of the installation process in order to communicate with engineers and developers in our team.
• Training: Provide comprehensive training to clients or end-users on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our IoT sensor products.

After-Service Responsibilities:

• Device Inspection: Conduct inspections of installed IoT sensor devices to address any reported issues or malfunctions.
• Report: Prepare accurate and concise reports detailing the results of device inspections and maintenance issues to communicate with and provide feedback to our hardware team.

Qualifications:

• Willingness (and legally eligible) to travel to various locations within Europe for installation and maintenance.
• Proficient in English to communicate with our team.
• Driver's license and personal car to travel to different sites.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Preferred skills:

• Familiarity with or experience in molds and manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of IoT sensor products or related technical fields.

• Job orientation and training will be given at our training center, located in South Korea.
• If required, we will provide you with on-the-job training during your initial deployments to ensure your safety and facilitate your journey toward becoming an expert.

Travel Requirements:

• Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
• Travel between Turin, Milan, and Bologna.
