This position requires frequent travel and the ability to work independently and in teams.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Provide technical support during repair and/or installation at customers’ sites to ensure quality standards are met and equipment integrity is maintained.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed, report all safety incidents and near misses promptly, and aim for “zero” lost time incidents.
• Suggest process and procedure improvements to enhance customer response time and data accuracy.
• Ensure timely and continuous quality service to customers via phone or site visits as needed.
• Collaborate with the manager on customer communication.
• Provide technical support and training on equipment use and maintenance.
• Coordinate contact with all levels of supervision.
• Troubleshoot control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and plumbing schematics; utilize troubleshooting tools and meters.
• Perform and coordinate quality tests as instructed to ensure product quality.
• Install equipment including bulk tanks, pipes, vaporizers, skids, dosers, etc.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications…

• Technical diploma or certification, preferably welding-related.
• Prior experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and field service.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and plumbing schematics preferred.
• Ability to work well independently and in teams.
• Ability to read and understand detailed blueprints.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of Industrial Controls and PLCs.
• Basic understanding of cryogenic liquids, gases, and thermodynamics.
• At least 3 years of relevant technical experience in millwright, maintenance, engineering, or field service.
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing environments.
