We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Technician at our Italy office.

The Field Service Technician will lead our technical service desk, including documenting, training, and supporting our clients. This includes responsibility for training customers where necessary on all products within the Sinclair Energy Base Devices portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Handling Return Material Authorization for investigations.
• Service kit preparation and development of new operation guidelines.
• Prepare service manual and price list.
• Develop troubleshooting and handling documentation.
• Train account managers to handle basic troubleshooting and technical cases.
• Make decisions regarding technical solutions.
• Complete all necessary documentation.
• Manage the complaint life cycle.
• Provide technical support.
• Participate in RMA investigations, product changes, and improvements.
• Develop strong relationships with customers in the territory.
• Develop new customer relationships for Sinclair in the territory.
• Enhance selling skills and competencies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Your Skills and Experience

Essential:

• At least 3 years of experience in a field role, preferably in the EBD or aesthetics industry.
• Electronic or Mechanical practical engineering degree preferred.
• Ability to travel if needed.
