Field Service Technician

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our rotating machinery team. The ideal candidate will carry out tasks both within the Company and, especially, externally at installation sites, that may be located both in Italy and abroad, without any territory limitation. He / she will perform the following main tasks : Assembly of fans, blowers, and centrifugal compressors in Boldrocchi Italy plants, also with equipment and components under subcontracting arrangements. Overhaul of fans, blowers, and centrifugal compressors. Assistance to test room personnel for all verification and testing activities of the machines. Commissioning and inspection activities at the customer sites worldwide, including on-site balancing. Supervision of assembly work at site. Fault diagnosis and analysis at site. Ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance activities at site.

Qualifications : 2+ years of field service activity, preferably in international environments Knowledge of measurement and diagnostic instruments Ability to supervise teams of mechanics and operators provided by the client or third parties. Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical reports Proficiency in written and spoken English. Availability to travel up to 80% of working time worldwide and at short notice Skilled in customer relations, even in demanding environments Experience in electromechanics / electrotechnics is a plus Prior exposure to centrifugal compressors or rotating equipment will be considered a plus
