Are you looking to use your knowledge and experience to help and become a part of a well-recognized team of FSES?

• Field Service Technician Trainee
• Responsible for developing the knowledge and skills to conduct maintenance, installations, and repairs of SCIEX mass spectrometers and related HPLCs. This position works under close supervision and mentoring of the direct manager, regional specialists, and senior engineers within the territory, preferably located in Emilia area for covering Emilia and Northern Italy.

Primary responsibilities

• Learn and develop technical skills to perform high-quality maintenance, installations, and repairs.

Qualifications

• 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field (including Istituto Tecnologico Superiore - ITS Academy) and/or equivalent experience.

Additional Requirements & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with customers.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and/or trainings (Driving license B is essential).
• This position is eligible for remote work arrangements, allowing you to work from home. Additional details will be provided during the interview.
