Service Team Leader

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Service division.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of low and medium voltage apparatus while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conducting inventories, inspections, and equipment repairs, recommending improvements for performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating documentation, safety planning, and supervision of external service activities, while reporting technical details to management.
• Managing on-site interventions with an estimated annual schedule of 200 days (80% in Italy, 20% abroad).
  
  

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience in the same field.
• You are qualified in reading schematic, electrical and wiring diagram.
• You work well both independently and as a part of a team. You seek solutions actively, instead of focusing on Problems.
• Technical Diploma or degree in mechanical or electronical field.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
