The activity includes all field service/repair and maintenance work on our thermal spray coating systems, including peripheral devices such as sample industrial robots, at our customers' sites. Additionally, it involves independent installation of new systems, commissioning, and training at customer locations.

Your Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of Oerlikon products
• Preventive maintenance and calibration of Oerlikon equipment and their subcomponents
• Hardware and software upgrades of Oerlikon equipment and their subcomponents
• Training of internal and external operators and maintenance personnel
• Preparation for all field service activities
• Supporting Technical Customer Support (TCS) via hotline
• Documenting customer-oriented field service interventions, including service reports
• Creating calibration and preventive maintenance reports
• Informing customers, management, and internal quality departments about relevant issues
• Addressing equipment-related safety and security concerns

Your Profile

• Electrotechnical or mechanical education
• Good mechanical and pneumatic knowledge
• Proficiency with PC hardware, software setup, and networking
• PLC programming and software setup experience is a plus
• Technician or engineer education is a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively to Oerlikon customers
• Proficiency in business English
• Good knowledge of PC applications (MS Office)
• Open, positive, and supportive personality with excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented behavior
