What we offer

Tasks and Qualifications

Field Service Technician

Will be responsible for:

Completing scheduled, unscheduled, and retrofit maintenance and services

Developing improvement solutions to address obsolescence of control systems

Diagnosing and resolving operational issues across different plants

Assembling, testing, and commissioning new automated warehouse systems

Interacting continuously with customers and colleagues on-site

Preparing periodic reports on service activities

Who we are looking for?

Curiosity about the logistics, supply chain, and industrial automation sectors

Passion for electrical, mechanical, and software engineering

At least 3-4 years of experience as a maintenance technician in highly automated production plants

Field experience in troubleshooting and integrating PLC functions (Siemens), inverters, scanners, and fieldbus systems such as ASI, Profibus, and Profinet

Availability to travel frequently, mainly within Italy

Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields

Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
